Here’s the best and most accurate way to determine if we accept your insurance and plan:

1. Call your insurance company.

2. On your insurance company’s website navigate to the “Locate a Doctor” or “Find a Physician” feature.

3. Using the “Locate” or “Find” feature, search for us by: Dr. Shannon Kluppel, M.D.

Sometimes verifying your insurance can be tricky, especially after the introduction of the Affordable Heath Care Act. Remember, even though your insurance company may state that we accept your insurance, we may NOT accept your specific plan. It’s always best to contact your insurance company if you are unsure.
